At PiercedByNic, I prioritise your safety and hygiene above all.
My studio primarily uses disposable equipment to minimise any risk of cross-contamination. However, we do have some specialised tools that need to be reprocessed.
All the jewellery and tools, whether disposable or reusable, are meticulously sterilised using an autoclave during your appointment, or are pre-sterilised prior to your appointment. I also use sterile gloves when piercing. This ensures that every item meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilisation, providing you with a safe and professional piercing experience.
At PiercedByNic, I prioritize your health and safety by adhering to the highest standards in the body piercing industry. Professional piercing offers several key benefits over at-home piercing:
1. Sterile Environment: My studio maintains a sterile environment, meaning all tools and surfaces are sanitised to prevent infections. In contrast, at-home setups can introduce harmful bacteria and other contaminants.
2. Trained Professionals: I am extensively trained and certified in both piercing techniques and safety protocols. I possess a deep understanding of anatomy and are skilled in placing piercings correctly, minimising the risk of complications.
3. High-Quality Equipment: I use state-of-the-art, single-use needles that are much safer and more precise than the common at-home alternative, which often involves unsafe equipment like piercing guns.
4. Proper Aftercare Guidance: After your piercing, I will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions tailored to your specific piercing type, ensuring optimal healing and long-term health.
Choosing Piercedbynic for your piercing needs means you are investing in a safe, professional, and hygienic experience. Remember, your body is your canvas—let the experts at PiercedByNic help you adorn it safely!
Yes, getting pierced with a needle is absolutely considered safer and more hygienic than using a piercing gun. Needles are single-use, sterile, and specifically designed for body piercings, which minimises the risk of infection and tissue damage. Unlike piercing guns, which can cause significant trauma to the tissue, needles create a clean, controlled puncture, allowing for better healing and less discomfort.
